Nigel (my husband) and I visit the Ferry Building Farmer’s Market almost every single Saturday morning. It’s quite an amazing routine and I feel extremely lucky to be able to wake up and walk to this iconic and beautiful spot in SF – one of my favorites. As we approach the Ferry Building we head straight for the outside Blue Bottle coffee kiosk and wait in the line (which moves fairly fast). On a 75 degree day like today, I went for the New Orleans Style Iced Coffee. New today to the market is Craftsman & Wolves! They have a spot in the Mission on Valencia street and will now have a stand at the market – awesome. We shared the infamous “Rebel Within” which is an asiago-cheese, green onion, and Easton sausage-flecked muffin with a poached egg in the center and it is quite amazing!
We did our usual route through the entire market and this is one of my favorite times of the year – beautiful flowers and cherries and strawberries! From here, we walked up market to brunch at Bluestem Brasserie and then onto the SFMOMA which closed in a month for a long (but what will be an amazing) renovation.
XO.
I love the muffins at Craftsman and Wolves! Cool they are at the ferry building now. Nice pics and fun post, Yas!
